The purpose of this document is to specify the technical architecture and design of the Portfolio application. This document is intended to be used by the project Portfolio developers as a basis for the implementation of the Application. It should also serve as documentation for programmers wishing to develop the Application further, either for team Portfolio or a third party.

The document describes the baseline architecture of the Application, its modular decomposition and other inforamtion strictly involved with the technical aspects of the Application.
